Unfortunatley that isn't an Dragunov, but instead an Romak-3. The Romak-3 is the commercial version of the Romak - PSL, the Romanian Army's sniper rifle. The most overt differences can be seen in the foreward handguard where the upper hand guard is pulled back to reveal more of the gas tube and the PK buttstock, a very common accesory with commercial Romaks.
